Sports
 Glenrosa Elementary intermediate students participate in two team sports every year – volleyball (October and November) and basketball (January through March). The boys and girls teams practice hard and have fun playing in tournaments and against other school teams in the area.
In May, the whole school participates in a great event - Jump Rope for Heart. They spend one Friday afternoon skipping for an hour to raise funds for the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Jump Rope for Heart is usually kicked off with an assembly featuring some of the great skippers from Glenrosa Elementary demonstrating of all kinds of skipping stunts.
May and June are Track & Field months. Glenrosa intermediate students train hard in their gym classes and compete with other district schools in a track meet at the Kelowna Apple Bowl.
